Recep Tayyip Erdogan reaffirmed on Wednesday, August 12, Turkey's support for the creation of a Palestinian state. Trump demands compensation from Iran in any peace agreement

Donald Trump stated that Iran must pay compensation as part of any future peace agreement. The U.S. president also wants to include in the negotiations compensation for deaths and injuries of Americans he attributes to Tehran. The demand comes as negotiations remain stalled and increases pressure on the Strait of Hormuz.
